Build your own
customer flow.
Website, Google Business and local SEO built for «plumber Hamar», «electrician Lillehammer» and the searches that actually bring jobs — instead of paying Mittanbud fees per inquiry.

What you get
A website and a Google Business profile that bring inquiries from your own area — without middlemen charging per lead.
Trade and credentials first
Master craftsman certificate (mesterbrev), central approval (sentral godkjenning), FEK registration or wet-room certification shown where customers look — not hidden in a footer. People choose a tradesperson on trust; the site is built around that.
Your photos, actually used
Before/after photos from real jobs beat stock photos. We pull out what you already have on your phone and build the gallery around trade and area — not a chronological pile.
Local searches, not lead portals
«Plumber Hamar», «electrician Gjøvik» — that is where the money is. Google Business and local sub-pages are set up so people in the neighbouring municipality find you first.
Local SEO
Visible where customers actually search.
When a bathroom leaks or a fuse box fails, people google «[trade] [town]» or «[trade] near me». That is the most valuable position in local search — and the one most trade websites lose. We build the foundation that actually gets you there.
-
Structured data for trade and area
Schema.org markup of services, credentials, location and opening hours — so Google understands exactly what you do, where you work and when you are available. Also the basis for AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini) being able to cite you.
-
Google Business set up properly
Consistent name, address and phone (NAP), the right trade categories, opening hours, real photos and a link to the site. The single step that often brings the most inquiries in the first weeks.
-
Tracking that shows what makes the phone ring
GA4 and conversion tracking on forms, phone clicks and email — so you see which trades and areas actually bring jobs, and where the monthly budget should go.
No one can guarantee the top spot on Google. But a tidy Google Business profile and a mobile-first site with trade sub-pages build a customer flow that does not depend on lead portals.
Process
From the first call to
inquiries coming in.
Site live in 1–2 weeks. We do the work. You provide the trades, credentials and photos from real jobs.
Discovery
We go through which trades you want to work in, which areas (Hamar, Lillehammer, Elverum, Gjøvik …), the credentials you hold, and photos from the last 12 months of jobs.
Design and build
Structure is built around trade sub-pages, a before/after gallery and local searches. Master certificate and central approval shown prominently. Mobile-first, load time under 2s.
Launch and Google Business
Site and Google Business profile are set up at the same time, so local visibility starts from day one. Tracking and reporting in place before handover.
Accessibility
Accessible — also for older customers on mobile.
A large share of the customers who call a plumber or electrician are over 60 and read on a phone. We build to WCAG principles from the start: readable text, good contrast, tappable buttons and fast loading on mobile networks. That is good for everyone — and something Google rewards.

FAQ
Questions we often get from tradespeople
Short and clear on Mittanbud, delivery, credentials and price.
What is the difference between this and Mittanbud?
On Mittanbud you pay per lead, and the customer is never yours — you compete on price in a list. With your own website and a tidy Google Business profile, inquiries come straight to you, based on the trade and area you actually want to work in. You pay once for the site instead of for every single lead, and the customer sees your company — not a portal.
We have a site from around 2018. Do we really need a new one?
It depends on three things: does it load fast on mobile, does it rank for «[trade] [town]» searches in your area, and is the Google Business profile properly connected? If the answer is no to two out of three, you are losing inquiries every month. We are happy to do a free assessment first — sometimes a clean-up is enough, other times it pays to build new.
We have 200 before/after photos on the phone. Is that enough?
Yes, that is gold. Photos from real jobs convert better than stock photos. We pull out and sort what you already have — bathrooms, fuse boxes, water heaters, drains, installations — and build the gallery around trade and area, not a chronological pile.
How long is delivery?
1–2 weeks from when discovery is done. The industry standard is 4–6 weeks. We manage it because we are small, have the structure ready and do not wait for an agency team.
Are master certificates and central approval shown on the site?
Yes. Master craftsman certificate (mesterbrev), central approval (sentral godkjenning), FEK registration for electrical contractors and any wet-room or sprinkler certification are shown prominently — both because customers look for it, and because it sends trust signals to Google.
Do you include Google Business?
Yes, set-up and clean-up of the Google Business profile is included from the Complete package and up. It is often the single step that brings the most inquiries in the first weeks — categories, opening hours, photos from real jobs and a link to the site.
What does the optional monthly agreement include?
1,500–2,500 NOK per month, depending on scope. Covers ongoing Google Business updates, new before/after posts, local landing pages for neighbouring municipalities you want to expand into, and a report on inquiries. Completely optional — the site works fine without it.
Do we own the site, the domain and the content?
Yes. Domain, code, photos and Google account are yours. If you cancel the monthly agreement, everything stays — no buyout fee, no platform lock-in. The opposite logic of Mittanbud.
Can I cancel the monthly agreement?
Yes, with one month's notice. You own the site itself from day one. The monthly agreement is for ongoing visibility work — and only makes sense as long as you see that it pays off.
Do you work specifically with plumbers and electricians?
Yes. Innlandet is the main market, and the trades are primarily plumbing and electrical. We also take on other trades (carpentry, masonry, roofing, heating) when the structure is similar enough — gallery-driven trades, local searches, credentials.
What technology do you use?
Lightweight sites in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with Tailwind for styling. No WordPress, no heavy CMS platforms that slow things down and need maintenance. Smaller attack surface, faster load time on mobile — important when customers google you from the van between jobs.
